Chemical Plus Service

For screened In customers who want a chemical service but also an occasional vac, net, and brush on an as needed basis.

Service is provided on a weekly basis and includes:

• Sanitize (liquid chlorine and tablets)
• PH (muricatic acid, soda ash, and alkalinity)
• Salt
• Stabilizer
• Calcium Hardness
• Shock
• Clarifier
• Algaecide
• Phosphate remover

In addition:

• Clean out skimmer and pump baskets
• Empty pool sweep bag and inspect the pool sweep
• Brush pool steps and walls
• Lubricate all necessary O rings
• Backwash and clean filters as needed
